Nyum! Nyum Mee telur nih lain dari mee kuning. Ada yang dijual segar dan ada dijual kering di pasaraya-pasaraya. Tapi aku lebih suka beli yang segar kat Pasar Tani. Mee nih bagus dari mee kuning sebab tak guna bahan-bahan mcm dalam mee kuning. Cuma mee nih tak tahan lama. Kalau beli mesti kena masak dalam 2-3 hari kalau tak rasa dah tak sedap. Kalau beli mee nih mesti buat goreng basah-basah mcm nih. Haishhh tengah-tengah malam tgk gambar camni boleh buat orang lapar lah plak. Bahan-bahan 1 peket Mee Telur 3-4 sudu besar Cili boh or lada kering giling. 1 biji bawang besar (dikisar) 3 biji bawang putih (dikisar) Kicap manis & masin, sos tiram Sayur Sawi 1 biji tomato 1 biji telur Garam dan bahan perasa (kalau suka) Minyak untuk menumis Bahan perencah ikut suka (ayam, udang, fishball, crab stick dll) Cara-cara Tumis lada kering yg telah digiling or dikisar bersama bawang besar n bawang putih yang juga telah dikisar. Bihun Goreng Putih adalah fav. aku. Kalau boleh nak makan hari-hari hihihihi Resepi nih simple jer Bahan-bahan 1/2 bungkus bihun dicelur 1 biji bawang besar or 5 ulas bawang merah 5 ulas bawang putih Lada hitam/Lada putih  (ikut suka nak pedas macam mana) Sedikit ikan bilis (4 bahan kat atas nih ditumbuk atau dikisar) Udang/Sotong/Ayam/Daging/Sosej (bahan rencah ikut suka) Sayur sawi Sebiji telur 2-3 batang lada padi (kalau nak pedas lagi) Sedikit sos tiram 1 Kiub pati ayam Garam secukup rasa Cara-cara Tumis bahan-bahan yang telah ditumbuk atau dikisar dan lada padi sampai naik bau Masukkan bahan-bahan rencah (udang/sotong/ayam/daging or sosej) Masukkan sos tiram, kiub ayam n sedikit air. Masak sampai bahan-bahan rencah masak. Masukan sawi dan pecahkan telur Masukkan bihun yang telah dicelur dan gaul sampai rata. Sedia untuk dihidangkan!

Seoul Garden kat Rumah

1 kepala RM29.90 hahahaha Sebelum nih aku ada post aku buat bakar-bakar ala Seoul Garden kan kat rumah. Tapi masa tu kitaorg pakai dapur elektrik tuh kan. Akak aku kan suka 'merayau' kat website Lazada, so dia jumpa lah periuk Stimbot n bbq nih so apa lagi order lah satu buat bakar-bakar kat rumah. Seronok jugak ada benda nih kat rumah. Sejak ada periuk bbq & steamboat nih dah lama tak pegi makan kat Seoul Garden. Buat sendiri je. Ada daging lembu perap dgn sos bbq, ayam perap, udang & sotong Kambing bbq! & bahan utk steamboat Sosej & Isi Ketam Daging perap lada hitam lamb! daging perap bbq Ayam & Udang sotong Sup Kimchi! Hihihi sorry banyak gambar. Sup kimchi tuh sedap plak padahal buat sendiri jer. Kimchi akak aku beli kat mana tah. Best betul buat bakar-bakar ala korea nih kat rumah. Jimat sikit duit. Lebih kurang 10 kepala yang makan n still tak habis. Kalau pegi restoran dah berapa kan? Jimat!
