Kalau bfast selalu amik apa?
Kalau aku bergantung dengan apa yang ada di dapur.
Kalau nasi semalam tak abis, so paginya gorenglah nasi goreng.
Kalau ada mi kuning or kuey teow pastu ada lada kisar,
So boleh lah goreng mi or kuey teow.
Ini kalau taime rajin lah. Kalau time malas jawabnya gerai tepi jalan ler.
Nasi lemak, bihun goreng, nasi goreng tuh semer fav aku kalau beli kat gerai tepi jalan.
Pastu tambah ngan telur goreng n sambal.
Perghhh 'berkhasiat' betul kan sarapan aku.
Teringin nak sarapan yang berkhasiat, takde kolestrol n tak berlemak.
Tapi payah ler sebab aku takde minum pagi mcm sesetengah tempat.
So sarapan aku ler bekalan dalam perut aku sampai makan tengah hari.
Lepas tuh memang dah lapar sangat akibatnya makan tengah hari melantak cam apa.
Pastu takde minum petang. Balik rumah dah nak dekat pukul 7 pastu melantak cam apa sebab kelaparan.
Treadmill aku memang langsung dah tak bersentuh heheheheeh
Alahai aku nih memang warm, warm, chicken shit lah
Camner lah nak ubah sikap aku nih?????????

nak makan all those nasi lemak or goreng2 boleh .. tak ade masalah TAPI portion. Healthy breakfast go for protein. dont stuff urself too much on complex carb. in between meals, munch on healthy nutts cam cashews tp yg no added salt. so by the time lunch, u dont go all out. Cut down on sugar. pepagi try avoid sugary baverages like milo or teh tarik. sebab Sugar craving buat kite lg tinggi selera makan sebab sugar will triger insulin. hope that helps.

thanks for your tips. i nak try between meals amik nuts tuh. so bila lunch takdelah over sgt. i memang susah sgt nak kawal portion makan. orang kata diet protein boleh turun berat badan n last year pernah try diet protein but my dr. tak bagi. i tak suka makan/minum manis but selera makan i tetap tinggi.

high protein and low carbs diet is actually ok but akan bg kesan pade kidney as it wil triger batu karang. what i usually do is ganti complex carbs cam nasi or roti tu vege like carrots, potato... those two are natural sources of carbs. rule of thumb on healthy eating is every meal u take ur palm size of protein, segengam carbs and fat ikot size ibu jari. i know it sounds hard but trust me its worth it. I da dekat sebulan went on healthy and lean diet and 30minutes of circuit traning,
ReplyDeleteCircuit training ni bagus tuk org yang busy and xde mase nak workout sejam dua. circuit training ni fullbody workout. dis x focus on 1 part of ur body. satu badan. tapi bile u first time try mmg seksa and rase nak mati but tahan.u kene consisten...set ur motivation right. contoh u tell urself u nk healthy lifestyle so that you nak solat senang. My motivation was i nak kurangkan saket lutut time solat. dulu i solat duduk babe. percaye x? i br 27 years old and i da saket lutut.now alhamdulillah i da turun 4kg. give it a try. go to youtube and search for The Lean Machine. aside from exercise video, they do have videos on how to eat healthy. time kite mude kite kene start jage badan babe. bile da tue nanti tulang da saket, da xde energy. give it a try for atleast 3 weeks. u will be suprise.

betul tuh apa yang u tulis. i yg dah 34 ni mcm2 penyakit datang. memang tak boleh jadi this year i mesti kuatkan semangat. Actually i kalah dgn nasi. If i diet xmkn nasi nanti i akan gila2 makan nasi balas dendam. i kena makan nasi but dgn portion yang sikit. masa i diet protein i turun 8 kg but now naik balik. mcm yo-yo. masa umur i 28-29 kot i pernah tak makan nasi for 3 months n berat i turun 10kg. tapi naik balik sebab i balas dendam makan nasi. my dietitian pun ckp nasi is my biggest problem. i mcm addicted dgn nasi. Now memang nak kuatkan semangat kurangkan nasi. thanks for your advice. nanti nak i search kat youtube pasal the lean machine. my dr. also suruh i beli bola for exercise. but i takut bila i duduk bola tuh meletup hihihihi
